It’s really been a pleasure getting to know the people of Chuatzanuj, where are Colfax Clinic is located. We are currently holding clinics here every Monday and Friday of each week. Here we were visiting a local tienda down the street from the clinic where they where making flavored shaved ice which we call snow cones in the States. They use this machine to shave the block of ice and then put it in styrofoam cup and squirt your choice of fruit juice all over them. It was a lot of fun to see the joy on the village kids’ faces when we treated them all to this cool treat!
